Moor Park Fun Run

Mrs Goldspring was very proud to see so many children representing the school at the Moor Park Fun Run on Sunday 29th September. There was a fantastic atmosphere and all the children ran with a smile.

Cross Country
On Saturday 4th May we entered a Cross Country competition at CassioburyPark. The Year 5 Team were Grace, Joshua, Iwan, Joe W and Molly. The Year 6 Team were Scott, Edward and Annabel.

We all ran 1500m, the course was mostly flat but towards the finish line there was a slope. All the parents and staff were behind us all the way, cheering us on. Everyone was out of breath at the end and couldn’t speak.

All the runners received a medal and those of us who finished in the top three received a beautiful glass trophy presented by the Race Organiser from Watford Harriers. We all thoroughly enjoyed it!

The results:

Year 6 boys
1st – Scott
5th – Edward
Year 6 girls
2nd – Annabel
Year 5 boys
1st – Joshua
2nd – Iwan
10th – Joe
Year 5 girls
5th – Molly
10th – Grace
